Nowadays, ample of recipes available created particularly for the advantage of diabetes. However, all recipes best in taste and helpful to control the sugar level of blood.

Diabetes controlling recipes are so many, but some of them are really special. Bean and recipe related to beans is best for diabetes. Using black and white bean salad is capable of control the level of sugar. Add 2 cups of thinly chopped onions, two tablespoons of olive oil, red wine vinegar of 1/3 cup, half cup of chopped red pepper, two teaspoons of crushed parsley, two cloves of crushed garlic, half teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of newly green pepper, some green northern beans that have been cleaned and exhausted, one container of black beans that have been cleaned and exhausted, and some red pepper rings.
