What actually blood sugar is?

The next step we can take to control our blood sugar is by doing some exercises. We need to do our exercises on regular basis to help our body controlling our blood sugar levels. Exercise will also help us to maintain our weight on a healthy level. Diabetes has a close relation with overweight, so by controlling our weight we can reduce the risk of developing diabetes.
We can also try to slowly change our eating habit. Some researches shows that eating smaller meals four or five times each day then three large meals can help us lower our blood sugar on a healthy level.
Try to avoid drinking soft drinks as much as you can. This beverage contains a lot of sugar and carbohydrates that will increase your blood glucose level fast. A lot of obesity cases can be related to drinking too much soft drink every day.
