There are mainly two types of diabetes and these are type 1 and type 2 and their symptoms are-

Type 1

Being irritable all the time

Frequent urination

Vomiting, and

A general feeling of nausea

Increased thirst

Blurred vision

Constantly hungry

Weight Loss

Type 2

Constantly being tired

Increased thirst

Drowsiness

Weight gain

Skin infections and sores that won’t heal, and

Numbness in your legs and feet

Gestational Diabetes

Constantly feeling tired

Increase in urination

Increased thirst, and

Vaginal infections

In the case of type 1 diabetes, signs are developed quickly but for another type, signs approaches slowly.

If your blood glucose level is high for a prolonged time then it can cause glucose absorption which can change the shape of your eye lenses and that will alter your vision. So it is really important to maintain the glucose level in order to get your lenses in shape. High glucose level in blood can be the reasons of several problems like

Trembling

Headaches

Anxiety

Double vision

Severe convulsions

Sweating, and

Severe coma

There are no alternatives of regular exercises and proper diet in order to avoind diabetes.

Maintaining a proper diet plan is very important for diabetes patients and there are many diet plans available for the diabetics but it is really important to discuss with a doctor because he can guide you in a right way. Your meal should be well balanced. It should have ample amount of calories on the basis of your body weight.

Daily workout is also very important for the patients with diabetes. You must shade some weight to avoid the chances of growing diabetes. Sufficient sleep is also very crucial for diabetes patients.

So maintain a healthy and well balanced lifestyle and you can always stay away from diabetes.
